Aran’s left eye has decided that it doesn’t want to be born, it wants to stay inside the mother’s belly. Aran’s parents are worried that he, with only the vision of one eye, will not be able to do many things. They soon realize, however, that the important thing is not in the things they can’t do, but in the things they can.

“The left eye of Aran” is a story that talks about how being different is always more of an opportunity than a limitation, as long as the perspective with which this difference is viewed is changed.
