We have a new guest in the cycle that best fuses gastronomy and literature: Marina Monsonís, who will give us a workshop with proposals and resources to take advantage of everything we have in the kitchen and to apply the basics of a more coherent and sustainable diet.
Marina Monsonís links cooking and performing arts, is a visual artist and works with hybrid, heterogeneous and modest social transformation processes rooted in the territory and community projects. She is the author of the work “La cocina situada. An illustrated dictionary for food sovereignty”.
