Presentation of the book: “A bonsai inside me”

We all have a bonsai tree inside. Something that socially makes a difference: a secret, a phobia, a wound… but which, for us, is harmonious and balanced, like a bonsai.

A bonsai inside me explains, in a tone of humor or reflection, often from the absurd and always from the claim, some of these bonsai that grow inside us. A bonsai in me is written without prejudice, clear and Catalan, to skip limits in favor of freedom: sexual, gender, ideological, expression… from the enriching difference that opens up to unthinkable realities and all their connections. You will find stories, erotic or not, that aim to reflect from the point of view of comedy, vindication and female empowerment, and here and there, like a pinch of pepper, an exciting poem.

The author Marta Pérez Sierra and edited by Aledis Editorial will present the collection of stories with readings by: Glòria Calafell, Joan Opi, M. Rosa Cullell Oliveras and Encarnita Perez Vert.

When the event ends we will serve a glass of wine in collaboration with La Fàbrica de Calonge and with the collaboration of Associació Dones Baix Empordà.
